Footrests

Footrests are primarily designed to bring the floor up to those that need it. They may be necessary where a correctly adjusted desk and chair height makes reaching the floor uncomfortable or for users who are seated more comfortably with their legs slightly raised. A footrest tilt facility can also increase the comfort of a seating position for some users and may also suit users who wear a range of different footwear with various heel sizes. A free moving tilt facility can also aid leg and foot movement which can help improve circulation. Sometimes a Workstation Assessment will highlight the need for a footstool.
